Drury inn and suites never ever disappoints us. The hotel team was very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Our 2 room king suite was very nice and comfortable for a great nights sleep. Meals were a plus as usual! Loved it!!

The entire experience at this hotel was excellent. I am a customer experience strategist for large companies and the Drury Inn hit all the "high spots"...and exeeded them. Thanks to everyone who made this stay very enjoyable.

Amazing stay. My stay was very short but very comfortable. I could rest for a long trip from Miami, take a good breakfast and return to this city at next day

这是一次美好的住宿体验。唯一困扰我的是酒店收了我两笔押金，却只退还了一笔。我打电话也当面沟通过，他们说会在3-5天内自动取消另一笔。但问题是，这是酒店的失误，而我在旅行途中却有一笔意料之外的资金被扣押了，这让人很不舒服。
客户服务真是太棒了！每个人都很热情友好，竭尽全力让我们住得愉快！给我留下深刻印象的是，连续两天早上吃早餐的时候，经理都过来询问我们的满意度。他看起来是真的关心我们是否住得开心。说到早餐……太好吃了！选择丰富，新鲜美味。既有健康选择，也有南方特色美食，真香！他们的华夫饼面糊简直绝了！印象非常深刻。一切都很好。作为回头客，我还会再来的。:)
酒店位置很好，离路易斯安那州立大学很近。我们是来这里看东南联盟锦标赛的。酒店很干净，也很棒。服务非常周到。入住和退房手续办理都很方便。唯一不足的是，我们住了两天，客房服务没有给我们送新毛巾。我们半夜回来的时候不得不自己下去拿毛巾。
