Dirty room with hand and finger prints on walls and door. Door handles felt greasy and unclean. Tub dirty and not fit to take shower. AC had bad odor while running. Toilet stopped up immediately after checking in and forced me to urinate outside during the night stay, as the lobby was closed with only a security window to speak though. Motel employee said there was no plunger available. Advertised as having breakfast from 6:00 am until 9:00 am, but there was nothing available at 7:45 am except two (2) single packs of donut dunking sticks, with an orange juice machine. No coffee, no milk, no instant grits, no oatmeal, and the only thing that could have been made was with the waffle iron; however, the waffle batter was as filthy looking as the tub. Have never experienced Westin or Baymont hotels as they are generally good accommodations. Must’ve been the location or lack of pride with staff. Will never stay at this location again nor will I recommend.

My room was stank and had roaches, the tub had a crack in it and a huge patch on the inside of the tub. I notified the front desk, she was very rudexand unprofessional!! She did not want to accommodate my stay. We were there forca wedding. It was awful!! We got into a huge argument! I will never stay there again. Im going tonbladt them on all media platforms. Also i didnt know that they rent out rooms to the local people as their apartment. If i had known that, i would have NEVER BOOKED THERE!!

The entire property was in poor-fair shape. My room was fair. I was there myself. Not a place I’d take my wife.

There was a pair of dirty mens underwear in the bathroom behind the door, the a/c smells like dirty feet, the door doesn’t close completely, the tv remote doesn’t work, and the train tracks are about a hundred yards away.
