Roaches roaches roaches…ratchet.. I have videos but it doesn’t allow me to add them. We had a horrible experience! Could not turn lights out because the “roaches came out”. It was reported but everyone acted as if it was a moral thing and no big deal. I spent money on food that got contaminated by roaches trying to have their own meal!

We ended up here after missing our flight and needed a hotel for the night. Since most hotels in the area were full because of a hurricane coming to Florida, we picked the Baymont. We stayed in one before, so how bad could it be, right? Well, bad! This place was eerie, with areas of cold white light interspersed with dark areas. Staff was behind safety glass, and when we went to the room, there was constant yelling from people outside and rap music from cars. That went on until very late at night. We were scared and barricaded the door with everything we had. The room itself was in poor condition, and the floor was pure filth, similar to the backboard of the bed which was covered in dried "you know what stains". We could barely sleep and decided to leave before 6 in the morning when things were quiet so we could safely hang around the airport. On a positive note, the owner was kind enough to help us bring our luggage to the upstairs room, and the shower was hot and one of the most powerful I've ever experienced.

No Human being should ever experience this!!!! I felt unsafe and disgusted by how filthy and gross this whole experience was! The building is full of riff raff drug dealing patrons when you walk through the parking lot to the lobby. Then you have to walk over trash and piss smelling corridors to get to your room. I thought I was going to die when I walked into this hell hole of a room. I was desperate since my flight got canceled and I got stuck at Atlanta airport but this was next level! I should have stayed at the airport and slept on the floor it would have been way cleaner!! The bedding was disgustingly dirty the towels dirty dead fly on the bed cockroaches in the bathroom dirty toilet it’s was really bad. Fortunately I took video and will be sending it to the health department - No human being should be in these conditions! There was even mould inside the pillows - I made a pillow with my hoodie and I slept with my clothes on I didn’t want to touch anything - I felt like I was in a horror movie. I even had to jam a chair at the door I was afraid someone was going to break in based on the drunken noise and partying outside my door all night. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life and I can not believe this establishment could ever pass any health inspection! My sounding the alarm will not end here btw I will escalate this in the meantime to anyone reading this DO MOT STAY HERE it’s a health risk and it’s unsafe!!!

Indian management. I have been in this hotel for way over a month and by law they are suppose to evict me from the property. They locked me out of my room, and didn’t allow me re entrance to my room. They are disrespectful Condescending controlling , male Chauvinistic. Roach infested, out dated appliances, spider infested, lack proper management and house keeping staff, effective communication English speaking staff. With them locking me out my room they forced me to get another hotel room at another hotel, when they could have taken the money I did have to put towards my hotel room instead of wanting the entire remaining balance all at once. I asked for a full refund the money I have already gave them towards my room and they are refusing to give me all my money back. I called corporate they weren’t any help I even asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that they didn’t have one, they the representative hung up the phone on me, again rude and disrespectful. Lack proper customer service skills.They have shoot outs periodically throughout the week. The house keeping staff runs their faces on the cleaning linens before they give them to you. They put sheets with stains on them on yours beds. They have an adequate housekeeping staff.

This place is not a good place to be safe too much going on if you’re a piece of quietness respect this is not the place please keep looking for something else me and my son stay here and we feared for our life please protect your customers. I also checked out early, but was not refunded for the day that I checked out and that’s not good. Either

Room full of roaches. Smell of smoke so strong I couldn’t breathe. At least 30 men coming and going from women’s rooms. So bold men are calling up to women on second floor balconies asking the price per hour. Seriously, avoid this place at all cost.
