Friendly staff, easy check in process. Don't have your room be on the backside of the hotel grounds as it is not well lit and isn’t the best of areas/vibes. Some of the guests are extremely loud because they are sitting outside drinking (it's only a Wednesday night if you wanted to know)

The room was adequate. The beds were soft, squeaky and very uncomfortable. The room could use a thorough cleaning and fresh paint. Very noisy from outside and surrounding rooms. The bathtub was a definite NO, it needs to be scrubbed with scouring powder at the least, replacement would be optimal.
The positive side was the friendliness of the staff. Their helpfulness, courtesy and efficiency were noted.
If there was a better choice in Chiefland, we would have stayed there. Really needs a makeover.

First the good News: the beds were comfy and the rooms were pretty clean,the internet was fine, and the staff were awesome. Now the not so great news: the room was dark all the time, making it pretty much impossible to do any work or even read a book. Ground floor rooms were also pretty noisy and the line of smokers outside the breakfast room door meant that the smoke seeped into your room, often mixed with car exhaust. Don’t bother with the breakfast, no really, unless you’re dying to snag a banana (mostly gone by 7 am). The whole property is sad, and really, really needs refreshing.

Hotel was quiet and clean, staff was helpful, parking was easy. Our schedule didn’t work for an early checkout and they were kind enough to give us a late checkout.

The rail on the steps by the pool was wobbly the breakfast was absolutely horrible all they had was some cinnamon type waffles cereal limited fruit coffee and some juice no condiments to go with anything no jellies no nothing

Rooms need to be updated badly. Outside the rooms were dirty. Staff was great and so was housekeeping. Won’t go again until they upgrade.
