There was construction on one side of the property, evacuees staying at the property were quite noisy. The staff at the front desk and the security were excellent and friendly!!!

The overall condition of this property is like an old shoe that got a polish and not a repair. They were mid renovation on the exterior, lobby and dining area and it looked horrible. The rooms were renovated but they left the rusty old sprinkler in the ceiling. The property grounds were unkept. Honestly the pictures online made the place look nice but it was still arriving at the hotel, it was still just an old motel with a fresh coat of paint.

This property is having renovations. We were not told about this when we booked. Hotel is a mess, construction crew started early and were very loud.

多亏了工作人员,我们提前入住了。我们乘电梯上去,闻到的只有**味。我们没多久就出去了,大约6点回来。没有**味,但孩子和父母的噪音都很好。我们早早就睡了。噪音还算合理。4点的时候叫你回家,然后拿了杯咖啡出去抽根烟。上了电梯才发现主楼层的按钮被拿走了,所以延迟减少了,但出不去?我当时很慌张,但还是按了3楼的按钮,电梯把我带到了3楼,让我出去了。我回去洗澡,但无论我跑多久都没有热水?工作人员很友好,不幸的是他们已经尽力了,他们很棒,但我建议你最好把房间广告宣传成有疏散人员住在那里?这样我们就知道工作人员工作有多辛苦,以及会造成多大的损坏和噪音。
这家酒店当时正在施工,这绝对不是问题所在。电梯、走廊和大堂都非常脏。后门没有直接锁进酒店和走廊,停车场里有流浪汉翻垃圾桶,我们反映楼上和走廊整晚的噪音让我们睡了两个晚上,前台却无动于衷。相比之下,这家酒店的价格根本不值竞争对手的价格。我们绝对不会再来了。
清洁度不错,不过停车场里有一些垃圾,因为疏散人员住在那里,不尊重设施。大部分晚上都有喊叫声和噪音,这让我很难入睡。
