Absolutely disgusting! Filthy tub and sink with empty bath gel and shampoo containers. ***** hairs in the bottom of the bath and dried on toothpaste in the sink. Bed was good. Sheets clean. Bathroom floor tole edging was not clued down properly and coming off. Breakfast was a joke. Big full garbage bin outside our door which has obviously been there for days. No tea or coffee in the room, not even in the lobby.

This was, without exaggeration, the dirtiest and most unsanitary hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, my family and I were placed in a room with visible mold in the fridge, microwave, tub, and sink; dirt and grime throughout; and a toenail left on the nightstand. I immediately went to the front desk and was shown three additional rooms — all with the same conditions: mold, stained bedding, toenails on nightstands, and general filth. The final room we “settled” for (only because the front desk refused a refund and it was late at night with my 3-year-old present) still had mold in the microwave, stained bedding, used towels, urine on the toilet seat, and pieces of fecal matter in the toilet. There was no way to feel clean or safe touching anything. My entire family was disgusted and uncomfortable the entire stay. Public areas like the laundry and breakfast space were also visibly dirty and poorly maintained. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, far below any reasonable standard for cleanliness, safety, or customer care. I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate and the Arkansas Department of Health with photographic and video evidence, and I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

I have stayed to this hotel multiple times, but in the past, it was OK but now they have improve a lot of things. The rooms looks new from outside. They have a great swimming pool. I enjoy a lot. At the hotel, they have a Mexican restaurant and they have a bar which also has a great food and drinks.

We had to stop here while traveling. the hotel smelled like feet, it was incredibly dirty. even the lights inside didn't work, there were no pillows. it was the worst night we've ever had. it's like a pigsty and even pigs don't want to stay here. they charged 40 dollars for our 2 cats for this hotel, how could we do more damage to this terrible hotel? in total we paid 130 dollars for 1 night and for this hotel. Next day we stay a hotel for 50 and it was so clean. We wish we had slept in the car. don't choose it.

I wish I had read the other reviews before I stoped here. The floors were dirty, no soap provided at the sink to wash hands, none of the lamps or tv worked. I am a woman traveling alone, and they put me in probably the least safest room possible. The only good thing, it was quiet. I would not stay here again.

We were traveling long distance and needed a place to stay for the night. It was very late and all other hotels in the area were sold out. Our fault for not making a reservation ahead of time someplace else. This was one of the last remaining places that had rooms available. The front desk staff was nice. The property is not as clean as others nearby -- the stairwell we used was dirty and most of the room windows on the second floor were dirty as well. The room we had was dated and had issues. It was clean in that the floors were not dirty, but the bedding comforter had stains on it, there was exposed electrical wiring in the bathroom, some of the lights did not work, the TV did not work, etc. We did report the issues to the front desk staff in the morning. The bed itself was comfortable but that was about it. They do provide a light breakfast in the lobby that was okay. If you plan to stay in Forrest City, do yourself a favor and make a reservation ahead of time at one of the other hotels nearby, especially if you know you will be arriving late. From what we saw inside one room window we walked by there were a lot of items stored in that room for repair work so not sure if they are doing renovations or not. Until they fix this property a bit more, we do not recommend you stay here. If you do, make sure to check the room first and have them move you to a new one if things are not okay.

Disappointed the floor was filthy. The transition board was not connected between rooms so we accidentally kept kicking it and it was raw wood underneath and it was filthy with nail sticking up. The toilet seat was not connected to the toilet. It was just sitting on top. and there was no soap at all in the room. I had to go to front desk to get soap, comfortable bed surprisingly, I would not have walked barefoot on the floor

The room had an unpleasant smell. The toilet was disgusting had hairs on the seat and the sink was nasty. Looked like it had been used many times and never cleaned. I had to clean so we could use. Stayed just because it was so late. We didn’t even shower, asked for a refund on other days in the morning and ran out of there. Never again I rather sleep in my car!

Don’t Stay Here! These guys knew we had 4 adults staying in the room, but gave us a really hard time when we asked for towels. Had to argue with them just to get one towel per person. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush and they didn’t want to deal with that so they made us move to another room with all our stuff. The new room’s main lamp was missing a bulb, but still plugged in. Nice electrocution hazard. The guy looked at me like he was angry when I asked him to bring a light bulb. The chair in the room was dirty and ripped so that the padding was showing. Electric and cable outlets in the room had open holes in the wall around them. Staff is not helpful or friendly and will argue with you about anything you ask them for.
