I had issues with the toilet not flush properly and the bath tub not draining. I informed the front desk and she assured me that I would be moved to a different room and that I would have to wait until a unit is cleaned and it would be ready in the afternoon. When I returned and spoke to a different front desk agent there was no room setup for me. When I spoke to the assistant manger this morning. he stated he would look into but here it is hours later and he did nothing. The communication here is terrible and the staff needs to be trained in customer service

刚刚在达拉斯机场转机,过夜一晚,机场周边很多酒店,选了这家。携程上的评价很多是抓取外网的英文评论,差评不少,评分偏低。我上bookings去查,这家酒店评分却是8分以上 不输给附近的大酒店。在米国住一晚5-6百元人民币,酒店配有免费机场穿梭巴士,包2人早餐,也知足了。实际上,酒店是老了点,但卫生和服务都很好,没有一些老外评价那么不堪。去机场的穿梭中巴是逢整点发车,机场去酒店的班次就不定的,需要下机后电话打给酒店前台,告诉她,你在哪个航站楼,让司机穿梭于几个航站楼时能捎上你。DF/W机场居然有ABCDEF几个航站楼,楼之间需要坐小火车的。每个航站楼的Ground Floor路边都有接机的出租车停靠区域,各个酒店的大巴停在紫色牌Courtesy Vans的区域,不少旅客等待着的。酒店车的车身都有印酒店名字和Logo,如果满意的话别忘了塞一点小费给司机,他们底薪低,靠这个改善生活。

酒店设施略旧,卫生程度可以接受。员工们都十分友善,加上距离机场很近
虽有免费车接驳机场巴士,不过,接驳车没有明显指示,很容易会错过,等了接近1小时
他们收了我一晚的房费,尽管我明明已经取消了预订。我去酒店投诉,却没人接。客服太差劲了,根本没人理我。他们还给我打了一个800的电话,却没人接。这家酒店的低效让我损失了170美元。
