Im näheren Umkreis von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß befinden sich jedoch öffentliche Parkplätze am Straßenrand zum derzeitigen Preis von 6,00€ für 24 Stunden, sowie ein privat betriebener Parkplatz mit Schranke zum momentanen Preis von 20,00€ pro Tag. Da sich erstere Option für längerfristig parkende Fahrzeuge allerdings als ungeeigneter darstellt, diente der Hinweis des diensthabenden Kollegen als eine ergänzende, sowie individuell abgestimmte Alternative. Diese Konstellation setzt sich unter anderem aus der direkten, sowie unkomplizierten Zugverbindung zwischen Dresden und Pirna zusammen. Hinsichtlich des nächtlichen Lärms danken wir für die Informationen. Im Rahmen unserer nächtlichen Überprüfungen im Außenbereich werden wir dies besonders in den Fokus nehmen. Had a nice 3-day stay. Breakfast was exceptional. While the carpet shows some wear and tear, the room was very spacious and bright with large windows.

We stayed here for two nights during a visit to Dresden. There were 4 of us, and the apartment room was great for our needs, with two bedrooms and a separate foyer area. The location was fine - it was a bit of a walk, but doable, to the old town, and we were able to find street parking for our car near the hotel. We visited during a heat wave, and the hotel has no A/C, so be aware that it can be very warm, we weren't able to sleep well. There were minimal toiletries provided, and the bed pillows were much to soft for my taste. All that said, the staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions about their city.

Hotel Martha is a lovely, quaint hotel in a quiet part of the 'New Town' neighborhood. It is a 5 minute walk from the Neustadt Train Station and 1.5 km to the 'Old Town' city center just across the bridge. It is also in walking distance of 'Outer New Town'. Therefore, the location was perfect for us to explore Dresden old and new! The hotel is super clean. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had a large tub (bath salts provided daily) with shower. The front desk staff is there 24 hours/day and speak very good English. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of quality German fare with eggs to order if wanted. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We needed a sheet because the duvets are a bit too hot, and the receptionist found one for us. The hotel has lovely sitting areas and woodwork in the halls. The breakfast choices were very good, and the dining room was lovely. The tile work in our bathroom was beautiful and bright. We loved the location, a couple of blocks from a main street with a bridge to the old town area and trams to all parts of town.
