Property is worn and needs TLC.. Bathroon faucet needs tightening, grout missing in tiles, tiles starting to buckle. Room couldve been cleaner. Staff is great and breakfast was good.

The night check in clerk was not very nice. I had an issue with the pet pricing and they were matter of fact at they couldn’t do a thing about it. ********** took care of it and told the to change there information on your site. When
I acquired about the back door not working with the key his response was something it works sometimes it doesn’t. RUDE the clerk in the morning at least explained that the part was ordered and it would be taken care of ASAP. The night clerk needs a course in customer service. I did not feel very safe there.

Hotel is surrounded by a dilapidated metal storage facility. Our room smelled stale (being courteous).... There was urine still in the toilet..... and the carpet had multiple large soiled/stained areas.

Great place to stay nice clean and quiet. Melissa was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone who stayed in the same area.

The staff are amazing the night person was up all night i was suprised he did not sleep behind the counter the Morning lady is very nice so is the secomd shift gentlmen. The room was very clean and smeled reallg nice like the rest of the olace. I highly recomened it.

他们不尊重我的预订。他们给我的房间卫生纸很脏，还用了肥皂，好像以前有人住过似的。他们没有打扫房间，甚至连毛巾都没给我。
这家酒店看起来不错，但他们不尊重预订。你得小心点。
对于所提供的服务来说太贵了。
酒店缺乏维护，设备简陋且老化。早餐还可以，工作人员也不错。
我们对物有所值感到失望。
