Checked in, front desk personnel was pleasant.The lobby was beautiful. Went upon to my room on the 5th floor. Room was the furthest point in hotel.I was exhausted and looked forward to sleep. Peeled back the linens to find they were soiled.Stains & body hair on linens. I pulled back bed cover and found bugs! Called the front desk.They offered another room. No Thank you.With more maintenance and updating and responsible staff to properly clean,this hotel could be something special.I will not be returning.

Stayed for 2 nights. Solid hotel. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard and good. In and out self park for reasonable fee. Didn't get to use the pool or game room, so can't comment on those. Note that this hotel is a great for religious Jews - kosher restaurant, key locks on the room doors for Shabbat, Shabbat friendly lights in the room, a shul, a mikvah.

Very spacious room but old furnishings and a pull out sofa that was painful to sleep on. Also, three keys didn't work to open our door. Convenient location.

Have to walk a mile to your room, with long hallways and turns. With two tvs in the room there was no remote and due to the time we we called we had to change rooms completely. Rooms are not soundproof as they claim.

The room was clean, but it was missing toilet paper. The shampoo was empty and the tv in one of the bedrooms was not working. The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants.

The room was all right. The breakfast was disgusting. No supervision and food was laid out and slapped all over the counter. No toaster for the bagels. The coffee was instant with coffee stained spoons all over the counter. I am sure you can do much better!

糟糕透顶的体验。真可惜，我来之前没看评论。前台服务人员不专业、粗鲁、不称职。这地方其实就是个“高档”的一星级汽车旅馆。如果他们安排你住以前酒店用的房间，那房间肯定冷冰冰的，而且感觉好几年都没翻新过。我换了两次房间，因为房间太冷，洗浴用品都坏了，电视声音也小。还有，祝你好运找到房间，简直像个迷宫，而且房间指示牌也不清晰。想想看，长途跋涉一天之后还要经历这种事，真是太糟心了。多花点钱，去别的地方吧！
