Not the cleanest hotel. Someone had 3 dogs in their room. Not sure if they were living there? Odor in hall and room. Bathrooms need updated, whole hotel needs updated. When I booked online it said free breakfast. After I checked in I was told no breakfast. So do I get a refund as I had to then go buy breakfast the next mprning. There was ZERO ice in the building. I had to return dirty towels in order to get clean towels.

the moment i entered it smell like straight up crap.. then the first thing we noticed was our tv was broken and the carpets were dirty and the smelled so bad. We were about to fall asleep then we found at least FOUR TICKS in our bed…. yeah don’t recommend unless you wanna get bitten by bugs and smell like zoo crap😀 (we left during the middle of the night don’t worry)

Pulling up to the hotel it already felt gross from the outside and it only got worse. Upon entering my room I was bombarded by the smell of mold. The bathroom revealed a large patch of black mold above the bathtub/shower. This was complimented by significant amounts of peeling paint in the shower. Right outside of the bathroom multiple dirty handprints adorn the wall as decor. The carpet is stained along with the fabric chair. When evaluating the bed, there was a patch of holes in the sheets. Upon taking all of this in, I pivoted right back out the door and to the check-in desk for a refund. They asked if they could instead move me to another room, I told them I planned on taking my business elsewhere. I was granted a refund but told it wouldn’t hit my account for 2-3 business days. It is still listed as pending 5 days later.

This property does not deserve a star. The lobby of the hotel has ceiling water damage. The carpets did not seem clean. The door frame of our room was broken. The shower curtain was barely hanging on the wall, drooped by the weight of the curtain. The sink faucet only gave cold water. The TV turned on, but there was no remote in the room, and there was no signal because there was no HDMI cable from the cable box to the television. There was a huge sopping wet spot next one of the beds which we covered with a towel. The beds were actually decent and I slept fine with the AC running and also running the loud bathroom fan to help cover up the sounds from both outside (including a visit from two police cruisers) and from the pacing of the person in the room above. In the morning, there was no breakfast except a box of mini blueberry muffins, some cereal, and toast. There was milk (which I didn't trust) and juice in the fridge, but the cups available were the ones normally used to pour waffle mix into the waffle maker (absent). The tabletops were sticky. We cancelled our reservation for a second night and went elsewhere. The check in and check out were the only good part.

Only stay here if you want smelly rooms, worn tub, trickle warm water, plugins don’t work, cigarette burns in comforter (but it’s non smoking ), oh and those advertised handicap rooms…just joking. No elevator, no difference, no walkin showers, NOT ACCESSIBLE.
