Staff was accommodating- but the hotel has a bad odor- room had mold / mildew very musty smell- bathroom design is horrible- floors were sticky and very dirty . Air always felt humid & damp- key would not work

I had to ask the front desk for another hand soap and an extra wash cloth on the first day. I also had another big drying towel after the maid cleaned the room.
