Nice bellhop carts
Our business travel involves a lot of baggage. We really appreciate the nice and convenient bellhop carts. The room was clean. Will stay there again.

We love staying at Wingate. The room is spacious and clean. We love the blackout curtain. We travel for work and always have a lot of gear and appreciate the nice and convenient luggage dollies.

很棒的地方，价格也真的很实惠。我肯定会推荐，并且会再次入住。早餐也很不错。
我以前对这家酒店的印象一直很好，但现在情况真是每况愈下。
我们分到的房间空调漏水，地板湿透了，还有一股发霉的恶臭。我们反复解释，强调我们刚进房间就是这样，电话那头的酒店老板却在暗示我们撒谎。幸运的是，我们最终还是换了房间。
前台那位女士的服务态度实在太差了。她和电话另一头因为房间押金信用卡被拒而争吵了大约15分钟，而我们八个人就站在那里等着办理入住。随后，她又给老板打了两三次电话询问问题（很明显她没有经过适当的培训），而当时已经是午夜时分，很多人都在等着办理入住。
我曾以为我喜欢这里，但现在看来，我大概率是不会再来了。真让人扫兴！
这家酒店太棒了！只有赞美之词！！简直完美！
