We liked the hitel due to closeness to where we needed to be. It was a bit noisy from the interstate but not awful. The area is a little run down but again, not awful.

The staff was really nice. Anything I needed they were right on it and they asked me multiple times if any stay was pleasant. The room was clean. I didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. My bed sheets were changed everyday and they gave new towels and hand towels every day. The kitchen was clean. It wasn’t really a kitchenette but i appreciated the mini fridge and the microwave. Nice stay and a really good location. Right off of I24. I enjoyed the compliment breakfast, I just wish there was more variety of hot foods.

Pros and cons
First,i want to share how clean our room was! Tidy, sanitary, smelling good. Property upkept & possibly newly renovated.
The bad -
Outside side doors were all unlocked so anybody could come in to the property without needing a key card. Not safe!
Hot tub luke warm & no working jets. Ice cold pool. Some random man sitting alone, in the dark on the phone. Scared us when we walked in (8pm). He had the lights turned off and was sitting there in the dark.
Terrible front desk staff. Check-in was strange. Arrived about 6pm & nobody was at the front desk. All was silent & it was unnerving. Waited for a couple of minutes standing there. Then said "hello" a few times to see if they just didn't hear me come in....nope. nothing. Waited about 5 more minutes & then went outside where my husband was waiting for me to tell him i don't think anybody was working. Checked the hours & my reservation to make sure i didn't make a mistake. I was at the right location. Went back in to see if somebody had shown up at the desk. Nope.said hello another time to let anybody know i was there. By now it had been about 15 minutes. I searched the hotel number and called the front desk & it rang for a solid 2 minutes but nobody answered. Went back outside to wait for another 5-10 minutes. Came back in & a teenage boy finally walked around the corner to the counter to help us check in. He was quiet & unhelpful with the process & seemed bothered when i asked where to park for easier access to our room.
