The place was dirty. The side entrance doors were propped open every time I used the doors. Some had tape over the latching mechanism, some had the door mat stuck in the jam.

Excellent stay yet again. Everything was perfect. I have no complaints at all. Love ALL of the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and they always make the stay perfect. Comfort Inn And Suites should be proud to have such a great staff!

My fiancé and I took a picture of it, then showed it to the hotel receptionist and she thanked us for making her aware of our issue… and that was it.

Motel standard
The condition of the property…… everything is falling apart, it was dirty and overall just disgusting. Felt like I was staying at a cheap motel. I paid almost $200 for one night for a standard room. Make that make sense. The staff were amazing though! They did a wonderful job. However whoever is running this place and responsible for upkeep and big maintenance is lacking greatly.

Way over priced for what you get. Breakfast the eggs were frozen and inedible and the room wasn’t comfortable or clean.

The staff was hospitable and friendly.
Unfortunately our linens had hair on them and appeared to be have not been changed from the previous visitor.
We had to change our room 3 times because the door deadbolts were inoperable and did not lock. I would certainly recommend checking your room door deadbolt due to the hotel being next to a truck stop.
The hotel in general is old and in need of a remodel.
The pool area is indoors and dimly lit. The heavy fumes of chlorine were obnoxious and possibly dangerous for children's lungs.
In conclusion, I would only stay at this hotel if I had no other similarly priced options.
