Once arriving at property they wanted a $150 incident fee deposit because I had a local address. That's a hidden fee you know nothing about until you physically show up to check in

This hold is released in full at checkout and depending on your bank may take them 3 to 10 business days to put it back to your account. Property was nice and clean. Quiet area and safe surroundings. Bathroom and shower was very clean. Linens were clean and well put together.

Bathtub was dirty had a dirt ring and shower curtain had mold on the bottom and the water smelt like sewer but other then that everything else was great

Motel was exceptionally clean and inviting. Desk clerk even suggested a good restaurant when I asked which was wonderful. Very nice stay

Rooms were clean. Hotel was well maintained for a dated property. Lobby furniture needs deep cleaning or replace. Housekeeping was excellent. Didn't notice any dust in my room or common areas. Stayed at new properties where Housekeeping was poor.Nice breakfast variety, hot food was hot and refreshed by the attendant. At check-in guestroom halls smelled from Engineering working on equipment. Overall comfortable stay.

Every thing was acceptable except for the AC in the room wasn’t working well. It got very hot at night.
