Lobby and rooms were updated and clean. Staff was nice. I was however double charged for my room and it took several days to get resolved. Also, the continental breakfast was only waffles, two kinds of cereal, muffins, milk and coffee. That was literally it.

The room was very clean the bed was comfortable abd the TV options were great. We checked in right before midnight on a reservation we had. Since we were checking in late I asked for a late check out and he said no problem. I asked for at least noon because that's when I take my lunch for work, and he said to me that I didn't have to check out until between 1 and 2 pm. I said perfect. At 11 o'clock my friend called and they told her they had to take the $50 deposit for the late check out @1 pm. The guy that checked me in said he never said that to me. I am a grown man who works for a living l, why would I lie about that. I even would have paid for a late check out when I first checked in ,that wasn't an issue. I feel like they do this kind of thing often so they can keep your deposit l. There always seems to be an issue on getting deposit. Back. Other than this issue , everything else here is good. The rooms are great they are clean and comfortable beds. The heater works and no issues with the bathroom. The breakfast wasn't really stocked up at 6. There were no plates or syrup. Not much to offer. Otherwise everything else here was great.

There was no toilet paper or tissues. No first aid kits. The breakfast only had small muffins and juice. The room smelt like mildew. We got locked out of our room the second day and they didn’t even apologize.

This place had bed bugs and I showed them videos as I exited in the middle of the night, the manager never reached back out so now I’m calling better business bureau

Several issues
The day I am supposed to check out at 11 am at 10:23 am , an old guy that works for the hotel knocked at the door then used his card to open the door seconds later, even though I I answered by yelling yeah right away when he knocked. When I inquired why he is openning the door for the room I am staying in when I am inside , he asked me if I am going to stay for another day or leave that day . I ex
