Front desk was rude at check in. Didn't get treated like I was a diamond member at choice hotel. Room was nothing special and overall not the cleanest. The hallways and main area of hotel are very dirty. I wouldn't stay again. Breakfast didn't look very fresh so we passed on eating it.

Pluses: Room was clean, bed comfortable, good location. Minuses: couldn't get local channels, tub was cracked in two places and sloppily repaired. But the reason for 3 stars the HOT breakfast was the poorest breakfast I've seen, flat egg "patties" and no meat whatsoever, hard biscuits and no gravy, bread for toast, cold cereal, waffle machine, green bananas. Very poor for a Choice Hotel. Everybody was complaining and several walked out when they saw poor selection.

Our tournament senior softball team stayed here. The room was not bad and was not great. I would give it a solid "C+" rating. The free breakfast was worthless and definitely rated a D-. Another rater listed that the breakfast included "breakfast (bagels, hard boiled eggs, waffles, microwaveable burritos to name a few)" but the only thing obvious was you-cook waffles and a few muffin/bread items. It is possible that the youth baseball teams staying here raided the food before we got to it. The front desk staff, at check in, was great, especially considering the madness of many youth baseball players running amok in the lobby and pool area. Parking was reasonable and the hotel is in close proximity to shopping and food. There are too many other good locations to stay at to warrant my wife and I staying here again.
