The staff were fantastic! We were welcomed so warmly at check in. The lemon water and extras like soup and hot chocolate station were just a lovely treat. I really felt cared for during our stay. I only reason I didn't give a perfect score was that the water pressure was very low for the sink, the room is small and looking rundown and lastly, the pillows were awful.

For what I paid while they're renovating it and making all this loud noise and stuff wasn't worth the pay they could have lowered the price and whatnot
