Front desk staff were great. Room was nicely furnished and bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was simple; hot and cold options were good.

Everything went pretty well except the toilet and sink didn’t really work in our room, the sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet wouldn’t flush

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good had a pretty good selection. In the dining area you could look off the deck at the river in the back very peaceful! Would stay here again.

I thought I was booking a riverside room but it wasn't, disappointing but not a disaster. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good but the room was so hot i couldnt stay in there. The shower needs more water pressure for sure. Overall it wasnt a bad trip for the price! The hotel is pretty convenient to everything.

First night beds were uncomfortable very lumpy matress. Second night different room beds were better. The air conditioner needs to have a air deflector put on it so the air does not blow directly on you. Food was good except for gravy for biscuits and gravy. Need potatoes once in a while.

The lady who checked us in had not long started working with the hotel but took her time and made sure she was doing everything correct. She was very chatty which was nice and welcoming telling us about things happening near by. Rooms are lovely and clean my only gripe would be it would've been nice to get a view of the river instead of the car park but never mind.
