虚拟入住系统还不错,但感觉像是在逃避工作人员的打扰。我们喜欢酒店的一些升级功能,比如感应灯和遮光窗帘。早餐也不错。然而,这家酒店很脏。到达酒店几分钟后,我和儿子在房间地板上走动,脚都沾上了黑漆。我们买了清洁用品,把地板擦干净了。酒店似乎没有客房服务。我们要求他们把垃圾清理出去,但他们一直没来。我们两次要求换毛巾,但两次拿到的毛巾上都有黑印。第二次甚至等了24个小时才送来。他们说好的毛巾到,却迟迟没有来。我们预订这家酒店是为了室内游泳池,但没有让儿子用,因为游泳池的颜色和照片上完全不一样,看起来很久没有用过化学品了。游泳池周围的地板也很脏。每次我们离开时,侧门都开着。完全违背了需要钥匙才能进入的初衷。其他客人很吵,所以我也不建议带小孩入住。
整栋楼都弥漫着烟味。我们的房间(因为我们要求换过一次)摇摇欲坠,用蓝色油漆胶带粘在一起,泳池门大开着,毫无安全保障,泳池看起来和闻起来都像是从未接触过任何化学品。总经理的孩子们在走廊里骑着自行车飞驰。电脑主管和那位孤零零、劳累过度的女佣成了我们的救星,竭尽所能让我们住得更舒适。
线上入住体验完全不同。工作人员最初的问候还不错,但浴室的水槽排水管堵塞了,床看起来就像有人坐过一样,而且我到达前有人吃过午饭,床单上有污渍,刚铺好的床上也有明显的凹痕。
一分价钱一分货
房间很宽敞,浴室也很整洁。房间本身有一股淡淡的烟味,床单下甚至有一块烧焦的地方。客房服务人员没有来送干净的毛巾或床单。总的来说,在这儿的几天还算不错,没有想象中那么糟糕。
位置对我们来说很完美,但房间很糟糕。浴室翻新过,但还没完工。第一天晚上,我们打不开电视,打电话联系前台也没成功,就自己走了过去告诉了监控人员。他们说有人马上就来,结果花了将近两个小时。我觉得房间还没准备好迎接客人。管道整晚都在发出噪音,让人难以入睡。我再也不会住戴斯酒店了。
性价比超高!!
我临时赶到城里出差。工作了一整天,很晚才找到个地方住。我在办公室附近找到了这家酒店,就入住了。房间价格实惠,非常棒。我非常惊喜,以后一定会考虑住这里!我特别喜欢我住的房间,有很多USB接口可以充电。这在旅行时真的很有用。
干净舒适
住宿体验很棒,我很喜欢。我不喜欢看到蟑螂,但在客房清洁人员的帮助下,他们很快就解决了问题。感谢你们让我住得干净舒适。

毛巾破损,污渍斑斑,孩子们晚上在走廊里爬来爬去,门敞开着,门闩锁不上。窗户很脏,空调声音很大,房间里的部件、电源插座和USB充电器都损坏了。
