I stayed in 2321... great room... weird vibration was heard at night, that sometimes subsided...? Also, the outside of the hotel needs to be power washed... the stucco is pretty dingy and full of cobwebs. Most importantly, the front desk staff at check-in and check-out were super nice and professional, along with the very positive managers (?) in the special sport jackets I met at breakfast time. In short, I would definitely stay here again...!!!

I got in late- hotel stated they overbooked and sold my room. it's 3am. i had to Uber here - now I will have to Uber to another hotel and i am livid. and i was charged for room too, to make matters worse.

I stayed with my family and had to book 2 rooms but they assigned us rooms as far as possible on the property. Also the keys stopped working on one of the rooms, and our first room smelled a lot like cigarrettes, so we had to change rooms.

The room was dark and hasn’t been updated in some time. The long metal grate shower drain was taken out and sitting on the side of the tub. The staff was very nice but the property appeared run-down.

It’s an old bulding , when it rains bathroom selling drops water .
Front desk is not helpful and they have an attuide.
Manger is not available all over weekend.
I had to leave hotel 3 days earlier coz the inconvenience .
There cleaning service is terrible.

Don't stay in 4321
Normally when you see "Hyatt" you think it's probably a nice place. Beware, this isn't your typical Hyatt. Our initial room had an overpowering smell of mold, we had to change rooms. The carpet in both rooms was coming up and in the second one I cut my foot on the molding. During my early morning run, walking by other rooms was a powerful smell of pot. I never really felt safe with my wife to be honest. The bedroom door didn't close fully, we only had one coffee cup and nothing to wash the dishes. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, but just know the room we were in (4321) needs a major overhaul.
