The room was dirty, the rugs had stains, and overall outdated and yucky. We had no choice but to stay but know to never book that hotel again.

First room carpet was soaked and heat did not work, employees moved my family rooms and we discovered a bed bug on one of the bed and couch have photos to prove it stayed as long as we could out of room since we had no money to relocate hotels.

It was okay but the customer service was great. Our room only had two pillows on a king bed. No bedding for the let out sofa

amenities asked for a blanket never got 1....asked for 2 more towels never got any was ignored by the cleaning staff

Nice hotel, clean, good rooms. The only negative I saw was the faucet in the kitchen sink and in one of the bathroom sinks were broken. Other than that the hotel is good.

入住体验不太好。我询问是否可以提前入住，但如果我没记错的话，结果是在他们正常的入住时间之后才办好。他们没有明确告知是否可以提前入住。另外，当我尝试预订第二天住宿时，他们说已经订满了，但实际上他们的官网和其他网站上都显示有空房。
