Advertised that it's beachfront! It's beautiful but you can only see it if you walk outside. Not one area had a view, unless you paid for a room. Otherwise, you could have been anywhere in Mackinaw City!!
Quite disappointing from the minute we arrived! The front desk staff was unprofessional, unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the area.The restaurant and lounge were closed. Thankfully, we found nice restaurants in the area.They were very nice and quite helpful.

For a handicapped room it was far for someone to walk to from the elevators the bed was high for her to get into and hard as a rock could not sleep on it and for a handicap room trying to get in and out of the tub was difficult also

Nice experience. The hotel is on the beach, rooms are spacious and clean.

员工很友好，房间也干净。不过我们房间和电梯停电了大约4个小时，大概是晚上4:30到8:30。早餐还行吧。老实说，附近步行距离内可能能找到更便宜的酒店。我们甚至都没去海滩游泳。
抵达酒店时，我们受到了热情的笑容和亲切的问候。前台的女士们都非常有礼貌，乐于助人。酒店很干净，无论走到哪里，酒店员工都会和你打招呼并面带微笑。卧室很干净，床也很舒服。我们下次肯定还会再来。

Clean and very friendly and efficient staff!
