Staff was very friendly and hotel was very nice and clean and liked almost everything just wasn’t comfortable with the pillows and the bed and also I was trying to log into my Netflix account on the tv

I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish.
First, there were missing items from our room, I had a shirt go missing and my boyfriend lost two brand new pairs of Nike socks. On top of that, the room was not clean. There was a visible stain on the sheets when we checked in, and I had to personally go down to the front desk to request replacements later. The overall cleanliness felt sub-par and the room itself was dingy, with very poor water pressure in the shower. The rooms are also much smaller than advertised.
To make matters worse, my boyfriend ordered one beer at the bar and was charged multiple times, including what looked like a $200 “tip” that was not authorized. Staff assured us there would be no extra charges, yet the charges appeared anyway. While the lobby staff were polite, they were not helpful in resolving any of these issues.
Even small details like the snack selection were disappointing. Altogether, this stay was frustrating and not worth the cost.

Lobby smelled of cigarettes. Room was cold which is nice, but walls and doors thin so you could hear everything in the hallway all night and early morning.

The tv/internet was out. So I couldn’t relax and stream shows. I didn’t ask for it but they offered me a discount/refund. But so far I haven’t seen it.

The floor beside the bed was dirty - as if something sticky had dripped and dirt collected on those areas.
I asked that that area be cleaned - they replaced the towels but did not clean the floor
This makes me question the cleanliness of the room in general

I was greeted by Veronica who was the most helpful and friendly host ever. Like she was really great and so friendly. Just amazing. And then she was off for a few days… but in her absence was Gloria!!!! Who was just as amazing! She made me a bagel and cream cheese the next day when I woke up and brought it to me before I could even reach the elevator!
We need more customer service like these 2… I mean hands down. I would only visit again if there were present. I’m voting Veronica and Gloria for president! Seriously… give them a raise.

It felt like I was at home! I even overslept! Lol The pillows were perfect and the sheets were nice no spots or stains. I liked the TV I was able to watch just about anything and it wasn't confusing to figure out the remote control.

The lication of the hotel was reqlly good., rooms were clean and beds were awsome. The only thing is that it didnt have a continental breakfast. Our family does travel ball and having breakfast in a hotel is a must.
