Super noisy. Doors don’t just close, they slam shut. Doors to separate rooms from elevators…heavy slam for everyone. Acoustics bad…noisy footfall…sounds like a lot of clunking…maybe suitcases, but constant.
No seating area to relax. No pool. No workout area. Really just like a motel with a hotel price. Won’t be staying there again.
Good points…appears to be a newer hotel so pretty clean. Staff is friendly and kind.

Clean room. Noisy hotel. Could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in neighboring rooms, both above and below and beside. We stay in Hilton properties a lot but I don’t think I would stay in a Spark anymore. I will head to the TRU next trip.

Toothpaste not cleaned off bathroom mirror. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Trash containers missing liners.

I have trusted the Hilton brand & I booked the room online. I’ve been told you receive online rooms meaning not the best. My husband and I booked a King which looked nice in the picture. We arrived, checked in and went to the room. Unacceptable. The bed looked like someone had taken a nap on the bedding and there was a very musty smell. We went back to the manager who apologized and took his time selecting a new room for us. It was two queens, but the hall and room didn’t have the musty odor and the room was fresh. Big difference. The hotel offers very basic amenities. I had to ask for cups, no coffee makers in the room or ice buckets or alarm clocks. The coffee they offer complimentary in the lobby & for breakfast is very watered down. Overall I gave this hotel 3 stars instead of 2 because it was a ok place to stay but don’t expect the extras.

Nice clean room. A bit far (about 5 miles) to restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is a no frills experience. It is a renovated building. The age showed in some little spots but it was clean with no strange odors. The breakfast was very simple but ok.
We stayed for two nights. This hotel was just what we needed and we’ll likely be back.

The staff was good. Continental breakfast was very good. The building itself definitely needs a make over inside. Does not look like it is by Hilton for sure. You have too many hotels for this one to look as poorly as it does.

Why do I like low-star hotels (three-star and below)? Because they mostly have opennable windows and I can enjoy fresh night air. Unfortunately, this hotel has blocked windows and low-level conditioners. If I knew, I wouldn't buy the room there.
