Staff was great, could get the blonds in the room to work and the a/c. Other then.that it was good.

Room was great. Only nit to pick is the room was too dark. Plenty of lamps but no single illumination of the room.

Everything was great, except the check in ladies. I booked 1 night with ******* and paid throughout ******* and wanted to make sure I did not get charged double for my room and check in girls were rolling their eyes at me and giving me dirty looks. I don’t know if I will be back over that. There nothing worse than getting treated rudely if front of my family. Disgraceful

I can say that we did not roll our eyes at you or be rude intentionally as that is not how we operate. Hospitality is #1 here and we take pride in that! Room was generously sized and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. The host in the dining area greeted each guest. I thought that was nice. Bed was very comfortable, water was hot, really liked the extra pegs to hang things up. Only dislike for me was the perfumed air in the room and halls. But would definitely stay again.

Probably just a small clog. I know these things can be frustrating so I hope you will give us another chance in the future.
