There were no hot eggs or meat and waited 15 minutes for The eggs and they had cheese in them so I couldn’t eat them. therefore there was no protein option as I don’t like hard boiled eggs. The sausage took over 20 minutes to refilled. Granted it was Thanksgiving morning and I think just busier than they thought it would be. Everyone was super nice but definitely could use possibly another set of pans with eggs/meat. They just never seemed to be able to stay up on it.

A young man staff person was so friendly early this morning when we were leaving. Front desk was pretty good but could smile more. Room didn’t have an ice bucket. Was told that you have to come to the front desk to get one. Also it would be nice if the room had a microwave. We’re told we had to come to the breakfast area to use it.

I liked the room. It was modern, it was clean, the bed was nice and pillows were soft. I enjoyed some oatmeal with brown sugar and pancake syrup, a pancake, 1/2 blueberry muffin, a small omlet and 1/2 swrving of bacon. Tasty, fresh, and warm.

No coffee or tea in the rooms. No tea even downstairs. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast no fruit except grapefruit.

We checked in very late, but the front desk attendant was very attentive.

Our first room had broken blinds. Our second room, much smaller and the cleaning staff left the previous occupant's dirty towels hung on the hook. My spouse forgot his toothbrush and the desk clerk said they were out of all complimentary toiletries and was told there was a nearby convenience store a few blocks away try there. Not as good of an experience as previous stays.
