Nice room although the floor was squeaky and since my room was on the end near the interstate side, quite noisy. The breakfast was really good! Pearl sugar waffles, spinach quiche, and 2 breakfast sandwiches wrapped in brown paper for on the run eating. The housekeeping staff were quite friendly and helpful.

酒店回复: We are located directly off of the highway, and no matter the location of the room, you do unfortunately hear the highway noise. We do provide earplugs at no additional cost at the front desk. The staff was courtesy however my refrigerator was broken and did not get replaced or fixed during my stay. They offered if i wanted to change rooms however they didnt have any King size beds available so I decided to stay in my room.

酒店回复: We had our maintenance manager take a look at the fridge while you occupied the room, and upon your departure of the room to find no issues with it. Our fridges are energy star mini fridges. The lowest temperature they obtain is 40 degrees fahrenheit. They are meant to house drinks, small snacks, and leftovers. We are not a long term stay hotel with full size fridges, but we do have the option to hold any larger items in our employee fridge at any time by speaking with a desk agent.

Dirt underneath the bed blinds did not work TV wasn’t working and had an off smelling in the room.. very very uncomfortable did not sleep very well at all

Clean and very convenient. Safe lit parking. The best part was the very friendly lady that assisted me as I checked in. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Went to breakfast and there was basically no hot food left. We ate some bagels and were there for about 20 mins. We were getting ready to leave and they finally came out with hot food. By that time we didn't want any. Plus they ran out of coffee and took forever to refil.

Breakfast was suppose to be at 630am. Few of us were down there was told wasn’t til 7am. The hotel doors slam shut very hard and loud. There are no plugs right next to bed or usb/c chargers for phones or other electronics. Not enough lighting in the bathroom. ******* charged me $160 for the room and when I got my receipt, they told me their rate was only 140 so you guys actually charge me more and that wasn’t including the $20 for incidentals as a deposit so 160+20 my receipt says 140
