I checked into this hotel on July 6 and checked out on the morning of July 7, 2025. By mistake, on the evening of July 6, I placed a Leelan pant—which was quite expensive—in the wardrobe and forgot to take it with me. When I reached my hometown in Himachal, I realized that I had left the pant behind in the wardrobe. I immediately called the hotel, and they said, "Sir, we will check." I kept calling them continuously for three days, but they never returned my pant. Therefore, I strongly advise you not to stay at such a property. It's better to spend a little more and stay at a better and more reliable place

Very clean and hygienic hotel with kind and helpful nature of staff. Affordable price with excellent room service. Fully AC in summer and also provide hot water in winters. It was very the best experience of our life to stay in this hotel. We never forget these moments.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with water accumulating near the commode. Despite staying for two days, housekeeping never showed up. The electric kettle was broken, and the TV remote didn’t work. The breakfast menu was very limited, and service only started at 9:00 AM, which was inconvenient. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Start from Tea kettle, sink of the washroom, flush of the toilet cleanliness of the washrooms all compromised, I booked three rooms and tried to use things of another room to adjust.
