Rooms were clean, breakfast was great.
The room coffee pot filters did not fit(maybe wrong filters).
Every building we went into was to warm. Does Fort Wayne limit A/C use?
Over all Good.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and we both had an amazing nights sleep.

This was a beautiful property. Right next to the Fort Wayne Tincaps baseball field. If going to a game, super convenient. Very close to Embassy Theater. If staying here request a room that is NOT facing the street. VERY loud traffic and could keep you awake until about 3am when it might quiet down. That truly was the only downfall of this property.

kind employees, problematic room
when i got there the fitness center was closed. i understand there was a fire but i booked the room in june before it was closed down for renovations and never got an email or notice on same. had i known this i would’ve booked another hotel. the individual who checked me in however was very kind and offered me access to the courtyard next door free of charge. i just wish they had sent out some kind of notice by email as i wanted to use this hotel’s fitness center. i didn’t think to check what amenities were open prior to my stay but again would’ve stayed elsewhere had i known. the hotel in all appeared clean and smelled good, but dear lord our room on the 6th floor smelled like body odor. like someone with HORRIBLE body odor rubbed themself on the furniture all around the room. for the 3 days we stayed the room STILL smelled like BO as well as moldy AC air. also would not recommend any 6th floor units. between 10 and 11 pm about an hour before the rooftop bars close, all you can hear for about 45mins is chairs dragging across the floor. i was woken up by this the night before an early flight and even with eye mask, ear plugs etc it was still Screeching to the point i almost went mad. the employees were very nice and housekeeping did a great job on the turndown service. the area is beautiful and safe and the parking garage is great right next door. i don’t think i’d stay here again.

客房服务人员直到第二天才打扫房间，没有留下足够的毛巾和洗衣服，淋浴是空的，没有补充，我们被告知第一天客房服务人员没有工作。早餐很棒，除了客房服务之外，一切都很棒。
我们一直很高兴入住这家汉普顿酒店，但这次的房间却有股霉味！非常失望！
