It was a very nice hotel and the staff was outstanding! The only complaint that I had was the water pressure was very weak, I don't know why, maybe being on the upper level? I don't know but I never questioned it? The breakfast was just okay, not a large verity, but I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and up to date. The room and bed was a little small. But overall the stay was great. I would stay again, when it’s just me and my husband. The location was the best for me. Restaurants, shopping, Dave and Buster, and movie theater.

This is our go to hotel for when we visit Greenville. Nice hotel, good location and great customer service. The room is clean and breakfast is good. Could t ask for more.

I will definitely be staying at a Tru by Hilton again. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and had great amenities. The only negative I have was in order to join WiFi, you have be a member of Hilton Honors or Diamond club. I feel that WiFi should be a basic amenity just like having a TV in the room.

住宿体验很棒。入住时需要退还押金，但一直等待退款，据说退房时会退还。到现在都超过12个小时了，我的信用卡还没收到退款。
