Tv didnt work. Had guy up to fix it three times. Gave up. Phone to call front desk also didnt seem to work so we walked down to desk everytime tv didnt work. I wouldnt say tv isnt usually a big part of our stay normally but this trip had a lot of driving and we just wanted to chill in hotel room and it was annoying. Also didnt care for coffee and it was luke warm.

The sheets had holes in them. The bathroom sink was cracked. We were charged twice for parking. The location was good for our purpose but I expected a nicer hotel for a Hyatt.

Accommodations were adequate. Room was clean and good linens. We were not that impressed with downtown Omaha. We were hoping for a more vibrant town. We were charged $25.00 for parking. As it turned out, the parking was free as the arms to get in and out of the garage were not functioning and did seem at least permanently broken. I don't think we should have been charged as I am sure the people at the front desk knew there would be no charge for them or us to park in the garage. Not sure who the money went to.

The room was awesome. Loved the view from our window. And the bathroom was wonderful. The hotel's central location allowed us to park in the garage and walk to and from our concert venue at the Holland Center. We enjoyed the breakfast bar this morning and then walked around downtown before we checked out. It was a short visit but we relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The one thing that bothered was the air handlers outside. It was a constant drone. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. There service was especially meritorious. When I arrived they put me in a room on the top floor with a view of the river. On my day of departure, they allowed me to stay in the lobby until my train left, even preparing for me a chicken ceasar salad at no cost. Now, that was top-quality service.

我们房间的空调坏了，当时室温高达84华氏度（约29摄氏度）。他们给我们换了房间，并说会从账单里减免一部分费用。
我们该怎么做呢？
酒店不错，离会议中心只有几个街区。附近有很多不错的餐厅。可惜的是，酒店附近有很多道路施工，而且周围有不少流浪汉。
地理位置优越，毗邻老市场，周围餐饮场所众多，氛围宜人。酒店环境优美，员工服务周到。
这是一个非常大而且漂亮的房间。
出行当天（8月8日）气温较低，所以关掉了空调，但还是很冷，不幸生病了。
