room was great and the staff was very fun. loved the hotel, no fault of the hotel, but swarmed by homeless every time leaving for money, cigarettes, or coffee was annoying.

Room was nice, clean. You could hear the neighbors talking (not much sound proofing) and smell what they were enjoying (?). Staff were great - Matt let us check in even though we arrived 2 hours early (we just wanted to leave car in the attached parking garage.) Check out went well too. I asked to have the gentleman (didn't get his name) at the desk if he could fill my water bottle at the sink behind him, he just gave me a bottle of water.

Great location in Old Town, with attached covered parking, very nice rooms at a very reasonable price! Staff was excellent! I observed one staff member quickly recognize that a visually impaired guest was struggling to pick out breakfast items, and she helped him every step of the way! Highly recommend!
