这家凯宾斯基服务是真的好，没有之一，各方面设施也很好，是里加最好的酒店，位置也非常好，很方便，非常值得推荐，
一家非常大的酒店，地理位置极佳，就在里加老城旁边。房间现代化，设施齐全，还有一家不错的亚洲融合餐厅。
波罗的海之行最好的酒店，和国内的五星差不多了，其他的欧洲五星都是如家，早餐有面条饺子我也是很震惊。
宾至如归，安全洁净。
很棒的标准间。服务很好。提供亚洲风味早餐。
不错的地方
房间非常漂亮宽敞，酒店员工会不断打扫房间，还会提供巧克力和水。我在这家酒店遇到的主要问题是WiFi不稳定，导致我无法正常进行线上会议。我尝试切换到自己的手机流量，但房间里的网络信号也很差。
多次预订后房间一直没有打扫，也没有加糖的咖啡。
我不得不去前台要求打扫。
作为一个吸烟者，吸烟室的位置非常不合适。在浴室吸烟被罚款500欧元。
绝佳体验
在里加凯宾斯基大酒店入住体验极佳，超出了我的预期。
非常感谢前台的Émilie，她的热情好客、专业精神和亲切关怀。
水疗中心非常适合放松身心。
早餐很棒。
员工服务周到。
一个小缺点：屋顶酒吧的鸡尾酒虽然精致，但对我来说太淡了（百香果飘香）。
调酒师服务周到，为我们讲解了这款持久鸡尾酒的理念，并推荐了另一款。
酒店位置极佳，服务一流，早餐种类丰富，非常美味！
酒店八楼的餐厅非常棒，亚洲菜肴非常美味，鱼类也品质上乘！酒店服务也很棒！所有员工都非常细心周到，工作做得非常出色！
