Beautiful rooms and great proximity to the beach. Staff was super helpful and friendly, with lots of activities and things to do for the whole family.

Service is terrible, period. One of our kids got intoxicated consuming shrimp the first night of our stay. They showed up to our room saying they could take us to the hospital. That was the first and last time we heard from the staff. No follow up call to merely see if the little girl made it through the night. They said ‘security’ was investigating the incident but, although we spent three additional nights at the SLS, nobody reached out. Extremely disappointed.

This was our second visit. We were there six months ago and took advantage of the ******* 25% off booking discount if you booked well on vacation and booked the same hotel. This time we stayed at the SLS. Love the staff, love the pools, love how easy it is to be there and how much there is to do. We’ve stayed there a total of nine days so far and we still didn’t do everything that the hotel has to offer that we wanted to. The area is beautiful, the jazz club is exceptional and even their pizza is New York great. The waterpark is a blast as well, although we stuck to the lazy river this time. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall property was beautiful, great service and staff. I do think it’s a bit overpriced for food/drinks. The food was definitely not worth the price they are charging.

一切都非常棒。不知为何我们没能住上海景房，但酒店还是很漂亮。服务也很好。下次我得带上高尔夫球杆。
这酒店简直太棒了，所有地方都一尘不染。度假村里的设施非常齐全，还能去水上乐园玩。餐厅的选择也很多样，服务态度都非常好。强烈推荐这家酒店！！绝对的五星好评！
