Staff was excellent! It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Small issue was the shower rod was about to come off of the wall.

My husband was the guest who reported the lobby looked good and appeared recently remodeled. But the room itself had several water bugs in the bathroom and hallways smelled like smoke from those outside

We are reinforcing our no-smoking policy and reminding guests to use the designated smoking area away from entrances to prevent this.Regarding the bugs you noticed — we are located close to the Kansas River, which can occasionally attract water bugs that resemble lightning bugs. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The AC was not on in our room when we arrived so it was hot and musty there were people tailgating in the parking lot so it wad loud a noisy. I would not stay there again.

Rooms were dirty. showers were dirty. requested a new room because the first room wasn't even cleaned. The front desk staff was very friendly and got us changed no problem, but the cleaning staff is not up to even a decent standard.

When i got there i was tired and i accidentally latched the metal lock while i was outside the room. The gentleman on staff was gracious and kind and fixed the problem right away

Very slow elevator, mattresses were bouncy, ran out of food one day, milk was sour/rancid on another day. Good location, cheaper than other options.
