Very courteous staff, a special thanks to Lynda! We arrived prior to normal check in time and since our room was ready, we checked in early with no problems. Overall the room was clean and what we needed for a ND game weekend getaway..

The room was dirty and smelled awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus it is completely under construction with no notice when you book the room. We did not even stay for two of the three days we booked.

The property itself is nice. Currently it’s under construction so for instance the window in my room sounded like it was open. When I pulled back the curtains the window was covered in plastic and couldn’t see outside. Lynda at the front desk was amazing. She was so helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. So friendly and pleasant. I’d stay again just because of her.

Mildew in bath showers, sofa bed mattress was stained and thin, linens were poor quality, poor lighting in room and plastic over cracked window, furniture old. We were also not informed ahead that the hotel was undergoing a renovation. It needs to be completely gutted.

The property was under some type of construction. The windows were covered with plastic. Inside it was hard to tell if they were beginning a revamp or in the process. Just all around run down. The shower curtain was not properly placed, the faucet dripped, elevator often did not work. Again, the staff was extremely pleasant. Location was great to Notre Dame, its saving grace.

Very nice property and nice staff, but it was under renovation. That included our room’s bathroom that was half renovated meaning half new and half oldIt was very disappointing.
