Hotel was half way “renovated”…Room was spacious, no phones to call the reception, bathrooms still Old and dark, mattresses still old… the hotel needs a real renovation… front desk personnel needs more customer service training

The building is two story with no elevators. The building was designed in a three tear level. You have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs and each tear level has five steps on the ground level and the second level. The door to the second floor opens toward the stair case affording a limited amount of room and you must turn a door knob to get access(You are already in the building so this is not necessary). The external access door requires your room card to gain access which is a great feature, however the door I used was difficult to manipulate. If you have limited ability to manipulate a staircase this is not a good place to stay.

Good value, would stay again
Good value hotel, way above average for the Quality Inn brand. Only complaint would be that the pool which was advertised as heated was actually really cold. Perfect place for stopping over on a trip to Branson!

We reserved a non-smoking room and the second we walked in, the room smelled of smoke. In all fairness, we did not request a different room as we were only going to be there to sleep. Property is in need of updating. A plus…even though we were on a busy road, the room was quiet.

$89 hotel. It had weird metal skirting under the beds which we kept banging. Some things in our room and the hotel needed repair. We were put upstairs although there were maybe ten guests there. No elevators. At least, none that worked or i saw. Sheets didnt fit the matttresses and kept coming off even when sitting on the bed. Ac woulsnt shut off unless you turned it off, completely.

Disappointed in our stay. Beds were not good, made sounds everytime you moved. Didn't have hot water enough for two people to shower. The breakfast was barely there. Very disappointed in this Quality Inn. We are coming back to Harrison in June, but we will find us another place to stay.

We booked a no smoking room and was put in a smoking room with out even Lettie know. They still had me sign agreement of no smoking or receive a $300 fine. The small was awful.
