trash was never taken out, had to change rooms bc the door lock was broken, never had hot water and if there was any it went cold within ten minutes. they left our hotel room door open while we were gone after replacing the towels once, which is the only time the towels were replaced during a four day stay

No hot food on most weekdays. This should be advertised. We have stayed here year after year with the same results. Overall, we enjoy friendly staff and clean rooms. Pool was nice, too!

The warmth and cleanliness of the swimming pool is the best I've been in so far. Breakfast was nice except they was out of sausage, love the waffles.
Rooms were clean, smelled fresh.
Only thing bad is double check your reservation because we didn't get our handicap excessable rooms. And the bathtub is extremely slippery. And they need to fix the side entry key card situation.
