Room was rushed cleaned. You could tell. I feel the pictures were not accurate. But the staff was very friendly. The fact that there is no elevator really ******. The road around the hotel was very uneven. Loved the pool and the chef for breakfast. One of our doors gave us trouble the whole time. Wish they had grits for breakfast too. We were told they would. Light bulbs in the room were out. Lobby was pretty tho

We had to get a refund and find another hotel due to Family members with serious health issues ( Asthma)/ breathing

Solo trip experience
I had a great 3-day stay in Missouri! Traveling solo, the experience was pleasant and laid-back. Each morning started with a breakfast bar offering a nice variety of options. Both the front-end and back-end staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I initially came for a family day and basic training graduation for my son, and this place was perfect for the occasion. Highly recommend it for both solo travelers and families. Kudos to the staff!
Recommendation to owner: update televisions to smart tv to give families options.

It was good experience we were there for 3 days for our son's graduation. Staff was friendly hotel breakfast was great the only thing i can complain about is that i had to remind the hotel workers about the dailty room cleaning service like picking up the trash and taking away the used towels from our room.

Didn't see the gym but I also was only there for a few nights and was around the base more than I was at the hotel. It's a good place to stay. I'm normally iffy about hotels but I liked this one. The only problem I had was the people above me and next to me were really noisy the 2 different nights I stayed there.

This stay was awful because of the staff. My daughter in law extended our stay by a day and they charged her double. When she tried to get a refund because she was charged the extra amount, they gave her the runaround. They said that they refunded it but have not as of yet and it has been over a month since we stayed there. Apparently that hotel is now under new management and they say they cannot help her because they show that she already had been refunded. She has sent in bank statements to show. She has not received any money and they still refused to assist or fix the problem that they created.

The bed and mattress were old and it hurt my back. The rooms smelled moldy and the toilet. Needs to be higher for disabled people.
