Awful place. They had dripping water in the breakfast ares BY THE FOOD. Theres mold, the shower has a huge hole where the shower head is. Furniture is broken and my child tried to use the toilet and almost fell in bc the seat came off. Being a homeless vet, ill take my car over this nasty place.

Decent place for older property. Massive front entry area that doubled for breakfast in the mornings The floor I stayed on was 3rd. It appeared clean and maintained. My room was clean with a few cobwebs inside lamps. It had a balcony with beer bottle and cigarette butts. The slider didn't lock but had a rod to hold door shut. Bed was comfortable. Nice side flat screen TV. Microwave didn't rotate inside but worked. Small refrigerator was working. Room was very large. Bath had nice shower head with plenty of hot water. I felt safe inside my room. Breakfast had egg and cheese omelets with waffles toast muffins cereal ect with juice and coffee. Very few tables for breakfast. You have to get plates from front desk. Front desk staff friendly. The only issue was a dog barking at 3am but found out it was wild. I would stay here again. Price point decent.

Credit card information was displayed on a large screen in the lobby! Desk associate Lisa was dismissive to the multiple requests to not display credit card information. Room 330 was assigned. Large cockroaches were on the floor near the bed and in the restroom. When we returned to the service desk and showed pictures to request a different room, Lisa said, "They're not cockroaches; they're water bugs. We're full; there are no other rooms." The other lady asked Lisa if they needed to do something on the computer for me. Lisa disdainfully retorted, "no, because (we) booked with a third party." Apparently, customers are not regarded as highly if they didn't book directly with Quality Inn or with the Choice Hotel program. Instead of politely offering any type of customer service, they gossiped and mocked customers as I called my travel app. At least ******* has better service. We did not have to stay there. (By the way, she did turn off the large screen connected to her computer after we had our room canceled.)
