We would've stayed at a different hotel if we would've known the pool is closed and had been all summer. Was disappointed with the selection of breakfast items available compared to other hotels.

Time for a major overhaul

Time for a major overhaul. Bathroom vent fan noisy (bearings bad), faucet missing aerator (water splashes everywhere). I’ve stayed here on/off for the past 25 years and thru multiple owners.

Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Clean room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but it did the job. Curb appeal makes it seem worse than it truly is.

There was garbage in the parking lot. an old tire on the lawn. the garbage can at the entry was overflowing when we arrived and was never emptied while we were there. The sink in our room was damaged, tipped downward in front, I took photos because I didn't want to be blamed for it. The breakfast was gross. They ran out of regular coffee after the first pot. Walmart is right next to the hotel, someone could have gone and picked some up. The people working there seemed like they didn't care or didn't want to be there, they rarely made eye contact. The front desk person didn't even stand up to greet us.

Also when we booked it the website said they had a pool.

it was closed, the windows looking in to the area were boarded up. I could tell it had been that way for a long time.

I normally don't complain, however there were enough issues that we will not return to that hotel and certainly will not recommend it.

When you’re desperate, you’re desperate I was looking for a place for an hour. I got it on ******* for $63 but ******* booked me on the wrong day. He won’t refund me so I had to pay over $100 for this filthy hotel. I didn’t even wanna get under the covers. The carpet was worn to the bear TV had maybe 10 channels staff was very unfriendly.

We stay here every year. We love it here. The staff is amazing, the room is always clean and ready for us. There is always a hot breakfast buffet daily.
