The hotel seemed nice and clean when we arrived. I originally had booked a handicap room by mistake, so they changed us to a non-handicap room. This room never should have been rented. The bathroom looked like it once was a crime scene. There was, what looked like, dried blood on the bathroom wallpaper. The towel bar was ripped out of the wall. The holes were still there but no towel bar. The carpet in front of the TV had a horrible stain. I think they need to redo this room before they rent it out again.

The hotel was ok. Just feel they need to do some updating and their breakfast was lackluster. Ended up going to Burger King.

The clerk was very courteous and the room was very clean and fresh smelling. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not real hot but it was still good and a good variety to choose from. Definitely would recommend to others

The ratings on your site was 8.2 with over 1000 reviews. It is so bad it shouldn't even be in your listed properties. I would rate it 4. We went to another hotel and will be seeking a refund.

房间和地毯破损严重，窗户上有一条大裂缝，我一进门就问他们能不能换掉。他们连个纱窗都不肯换，害得我白天没法开窗通风……我要求打扫房间，他们说会来，结果好几个星期都没来，想让他们打扫都难如登天……而且他们想来就来。经理真是糟糕透了。除了Sam，他很关心客人，总是很有礼貌。早餐区还不错，但是经常缺货，而且都是因为没有提前订货，好几个星期都没人补货。早餐服务员非常热情周到，只要我开口，她都会尽力帮忙。
这是一家舒适的酒店。
