It was a nice hotel, close to our clinic, and easy off on the highway. The staff was really nice, and the coffee was good and hot!

Liz was super. Room was good. Pillows not very comfortable, TV stations hard to find and the stations scrambled alot.

Overall, it was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that they were short on housekeepers (called in sick) and that caused us not to be able to check in until about 5 pm.

Birthday trip
Perfect spot, 10 min drive to almost everything we needed and wanted to do!! The mall, the silos and magnolia market, delicious restaurants.. Staff was awesome, room was perfect!! Very clean, very quiet!! Just a perfect weekend getaway, will definitely stay again....

Not what I expected
The room had an odor, the bath tub was very slippery, the bed was hard, and the pillows were lumpy. I wouldn’t select this hotel ever again. The shower alone was stressful because I didn’t want to slip and fall, I kept holding on to the rails. This hotel looks nothing like the photos on the site. It’s a much older hotel on the inside.

When you walked into the facilities, it just wasn’t as welcoming as other properties. The furniture downstairs was not comfortable. The breakfast was bare minimal and the chairs were really hard. It just wasn’t welcoming. The staff was amazing. The room was pretty good.

一切都很棒。服务方面之所以给4/5分，唯一的原因是有一天早上我去泳池区的时候没有毛巾。等我发现后，我让我老公打电话给前台。他们说会马上送过来。我等了30分钟，还是没有毛巾。最后我女儿只好从我们房间拿了一条毛巾给我。等这些都发生完，我正往电梯走回房间的时候，才碰到有人终于送毛巾过来。除了这个，其他一切都非常棒。如果再来这个地区，我们肯定还会再次入住。
