The owner was very pleasant but the room/bathroom were dirty-filthy. 0ne little packet of conditioner & shampoo & 2 little soap bars. Water was ridiculous in shower. Would not recommend this place. It's located rt by the freeway with homeless living out back & across the street is a rehabilitation facility. Most of the tenants r from the rehab. I'm not one to complain but ....

Had a wonderful 2-night stay! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mini fridge, and coffee maker). Room service was excellent, and towels were delivered promptly when requested. The outside of the hotel is lovely as well. Highly recommend!

Rooms are disgusting, boogers and greasy fingerprints are on walls, the curtains smell like smoke and urine there are holes in the walls, the worst part is the cockroaches were unbelievable, i left with bugs in my belongings! The front desk staff was rude and made paying with my hotel app difficult, would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody

Horrible cleanliness
Im not happy with this place, ive stayed here on many occasions, the price is good and the best thing they have going is no deposit... Besides that u would think they would get better but instead its gotten worse:the housekeeping sucks they dont clean that good at all, there are boogers and blood marks on the walls, clothes left in the drawers from the people that stayed before me and the worst part is there are ALOT of cockroaches everywhere, turn the lights off wen they come back on theres bugs everywere, very disappointed 😞

This was absolutely dirty. There were roaches and the bathroom curtain was filthy. The floors were so dusty and dirty my feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. But will never stay at this place.

Shower took a long time to heat up. Place was pretty dirty but cheapest in San Diego that night… I got bit by some kind of bug too when I was sleeping in the bed…
