There were cockroaches on beds, IMPOSSIBLE to sleep there, person in front desk was rude.

Pictures are just that.
Arrived a few minutes earlier and thought I could relax and read a book in the lobby. The picture of it was very nice. But, doors were locked and when the employee opened them, the lobby was not welcoming. I asked for a non smoking room and the employee said “non” available; but miraculously one was available when I was charged for an upgrade in cash. Won’t be staying here. This hotel does a disservice to the name.

Door safety lock was loose and screws come off. Room was not cleaned properly, trimmed hair and toothpaste was found in the sink. Bathroom light is very dull. Shower head was not fitted correct.

Don’t go here
To start I didn’t want a smoker room. Had to get my key from an outside window. Things were broken in the room like the toilet paper dispenser. The smoke detector was missing in the room. The heater wasn’t working either, and the toilet was hard to flush.

Room was VERY clean! Beds were comfy, and location was convenient to lots of places to eat. Nice & quiet, yet only a block or two from highway!

When i booked the room i didnt know it was a smoking room so i asked to move us to a non smoking room they charged in extra $29.
When we got to the room it was a room not marked as non smoking, it smelled like smoke, and it had an ashtray in the room like a smoking room.
When called front desk she said the ashtray is in every room but we stayed there before and it didnt have an ashtray in the non smoking room.
The next morming i complained and they refused to acknowledge that it was a smoking room even though i showed them on the door the rooms that indicate non smoking had a sign and our did not.
Never stay there again.
