Barbara was an enormous help! I felt like she was very honest and kind of took me under her wing as I was a solo woman traveling. As for the cleanliness, it was OK. Breakfast was good.

Quality Stay at Quality Inn.
I stayed at the Quality Inn in Jefferson, GA for one night. The room that was initially assigned to me was on the second floor, and with no elevator in this facility I was going to struggle getting the small amount of luggage I had up the stairs. The evening shift staff member saw my dismay and reassigned me to an accessible room on the ground floor very close to the front desk. She also allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel the next day because I was meeting with family to drive to the mountains. She was extremely kind and helpful to me, her name begins with “J” but I don’t know how to pronounce her name.
The room was very clean and comfortable with a truly wonderful shower. The continental breakfast was pretty standard - bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, really good coffee.
I mentioned that the room was quite clean; it has vinyl flooring instead of the usual nasty carpet, much more practical. Check-out was a breeze, just gave the clerk my key card and I was out the door. A truly easy, five star stay with Quality Inn!

Friendly staff, inside hotel was very clean and kept up.
My complaint was the “slamming doors” all up and down the hall when I was trying to sleep. We would about fall asleep then “wham” neighbors would leave come back “wham” again all night till 2 am. They need soft closing doors.

I had a pleasant stay at the Quality Inn. The location was convenient, with plenty of good dining and shopping options within walking distance. The nightly rate was very reasonable, especially for the value provided. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Room service was prompt and courteous, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.

The bathroom had hair on the floor and tub. It appeared someone had dyed their hair and when they showered, some of the dye splattered on the wall. The mattresses were creaky and uncomfortable.
