The rooms had water stains in the ceiling. Rooms were not very clean and the beds had huge dips in them. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up at the check in desk which they only came once a maintenance person went to find them. Both luggage racks had deflated tires . Hotel coffe is always not great but this one was absolutely horrible. Highly suggest paying a little more for a better place

Very accommodating, spacious room, comfortable bed. Tv was pretty small and the carpet had a huge stain on it but I would stay here again.

There were blood stains on the comforter, no batteries in fire alarm, and the worst tv. Front desk told us we were making her job harder when we asked if we could plug in our Roku. Has nothing to do with their job.

我是这家酒店的会员,很庆幸能在Chattanooga这座河畔城市还可以入驻自己熟悉的连锁酒店,感觉还是有点亲切。这家经济型酒店为本地人经营管理、综合客户服务总体在同等消费价位的酒店比较起来性价比还是比较高的。为此愿意向有需要的旅客作为优先选择的参考。
