Staff was friendly, room clean, nice parking lot and grounds kept nice. Many restaurants nearby.right off the highway

The facility and amenities are showing their age and lack of upkeep. The suite was dirty, had to ask to have the kitchen floor mopped as my white socks were black after walking around. Carpeting was dirty and worn out. The Fitness Room was terrible, treadmill and Xbike were broken and the universal machine in poor shape, pins were rusted. No pool, had to go next door to swim. Perhaps worst of all the internet went down and the front desk didn't know why or when it would be restored. No wifi for over 2 days!

Good experience. Although we weren't able to stay longer, everything was to our liking. Good to see work being done to the facility for modernization. Price was ideal. I will be looking to stay at your properties in other areas as well in the future. Thank you Mainstay!

The Lord sure put his angels in Mainstay. We ran out of money so we would be out on the street but these people did all they could to help us to stay here. I will never forget the kindness they showed to strangers. God bless you all we love you all so very much.

Upon on arrival at the airport, I called the hotel for the shuttle. The general manager picked us up in about 5 minutes. She was very friendly and made some helpful suggestions. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. My only complaint is that one of the toilets was leaking. I reported the problem. They attempted to fix it, but it was not fixed. This hotel was clean, quiet and served our purpose well. It could use some updates. I would recommend this hotel.

I always book through Choice and am a Diamond Member. It is close to shopping and restaurants. However, the service has always been impersonal and lax. Unprofessional as well. As a matter of fact, during my last stay, the lady at the front desk was actually asleep at the desk. It didn’t affect my stay, but seriously? You get paid for that? My main complaint is they refused to rent to us after staying there about once a month, for over a year and a half, all of a sudden, due to us being “local”. Although a small deposit on our card was required each time. It was always returned to us because we did not trash the room. The situation was not handled well. My room was reserved for over a month. No one called to inform us of this. It has always been part of their policy. But, they’d rent to me anyway because I was perhaps 1 mile short of their 50 mile radius. I just happened to find out while making a special request phone call. I understand the rule. It’s a good one. However, having used points, I could have lost my points had I checked in late and could have been turned away at the desk with no place to go. The way it was handled by Choice and the hotel was wrong. I tried to reach a manager 3 different times and Choice couldn’t even reach her because “she was busy”. She hasn’t even attempted to call me back. I will be talking with Choice about this as well.

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, good location. only negative i can give is kids running up and down the halls on the 4th floor. Also the room had not USB outlets in the desk or lamps for charging of cell phones. Had to keep my phone in the car. This location had no breakfast available

Very dated. Hallways smell stale from old carpeting. My suite smelled like a deep fryer and the tv remote did not work, there was no toilet paper roller to put roll on, one tv was unplugged and with a disconnected coaxial cable, dated furniture, etc.
