The bed was super comfortable and I liked that we could open the window! The breakfast was mehhhh, the juice machine was broken so there was a pitcher that kept leaking, the potatoes were dried out and cold but otherwise everything was okay for a breakfast included with your stay.

No the ac did not keep room cool! Also microwave wasent working was told to use one in kitchen front desk staff acted like i was putting him out to unlock door so i could make popcorn, food the 5 things there was discussing! Shower wasent clean and staff was extremely unfriendly!

Whole place smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Bed sheets and pillow cases were obviously not clean (there were lipstick impressions on my pillow case). Walls were disgusting. Mysterious stains in the bathtub. There was Kleenex shoved in the peep hole of the door.

We booked a single King bed but got 2 queens. Breakfast was horrible. Juice machine was broken but nothing as a substitute. No fruits no water. Toilet broken in our room and front desk didn’t even apologize they just said they would look at it. Worst Quality Inn we have ever been at

Air conditioning barely worked. Took hours to get room from 84 to 68. Pillows were flat, towels were thin. Bathroom had gross spots and substances on walls. Worst part— dead roaches in the tub in the morning.
