My rooms bed was not made after I returned to the room my bathroom was not replaced with soaps and shampoo and I was not able to put my small clothing in my bottom dresser drawer because it was broken even after I had told them but breakfast was good

The room was cleaned, the heated bathroom was a nice touch especially with the cold weather. The staff was kind and understanding. They helped me with my room key issue

No answer from front desk if calling from room phone, shower door leaks water onto floor when opening it after shower so you have to use towels to dry the floor, elevator was out of service and had second floor room

Breakfast was great but hours should start earlier I feel. And should change up the options and not serve the same thing all week. We great first two days by the third we wanted something different but yet still only the same breakfast every time. And getting breakfast was the whole reason we picked this place as we are there showing horses when we come and a good breakfast is important before our long days. And I feel some options for breakfast should start at 5am lots of show people book this hotel and we would love to continue to but our mornings start early so we tend to miss out on breakfast if we have a early show slot that day. But other than that this place was great.

Staff was great, hot tub was nice, never felt unsafe outside the property!! One issue we had was the shower door was falling off and I ended up being trapped inside the shower until I could get my husband awake, we would stay again!!!

The room was smaller that it looked in the pictures. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless the light d wasn’t on the tank. The elevator didn’t work.

This was mine and my boys first time being here a d it was a great experience! Staff was very nice and willing to help. We will most definitely be coming back

Hotel is a bit run down and not in a good neighborhood. There are homeless and possible drug deals around the area. Hotel elevator was broken all 3 nights we were there which ****** b/c we had a lot of heavy luggage we had to carry upstairs. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained. 2 of the 4 light bulbs were burnt out by our sink. Sink didn't work right either, water sprayed everywhere. Beds were comfy at least. I don't plan on staying here ever again.
