The room/hotel I remember booking online and the one I experienced in person felt different. If the photos were more accurate I probably would have chosen a different location. It is an older hotel and some of the room finishes need some help. IE: the bathroom door had a hole in it where I assume a towel holder was, and the finish is coming off of the door. Some of the other room finishes seemed like they needed attention. I did also pull off a sheet as there seemed to be a stain, although the sheet was washed.

However, the staff was friendly and ironically the mattress/sleep was the best I have ever had at a hotel.

Leaking in bathroom, plumbing was terrible. The property did NOT keep their word and refund my card! Also it was noisey and loud above my head. The room was outdated and terrible. The manager Bobby lied that he would refund me and did not.

Convenient for Tinley Park Concerts. Only down fall is they won’t check u in until 2:40 at the earliest! Parking lot was empty and lobby attendant still said rooms aren’t ready until 2:40 at earliest, come back later didn’t offer us a place to park and to check our bags. He just sat at a table in the lobby on his cell phone turning reservation customers away!

Overall, my experience was good, but the reason why I am leaving a two star review is because I changed my booking to a bigger room and they did not refund me for the small one bedroom that I previously had. So despite me using a bigger room and not even touching the room that I had before I still had to pay for the first room.
